28 year old Oscar nominated actor and father Heath Ledger, was found
dead this afternoon in an apartment building at 421 Broome Street in
SoHo, NY. The story is still developing but it's believed that he died
of a drug overdose and some prescription pills were found near his
body... Stay tuned.
Ledger leaves behind 2 year old daughter Matilda, (pictured) with actress and former fiance, Michelle Williams.
His next movie, 'The Dark Knight,' was one of the most anticipated movies of 2008.

Not to take away from other tragedies going on in the world, but this has got to be the saddest news I've heard in some time. R.I.P. Heath and my condolences go out to his family and loved ones. I cry for you.

Wow i cannot believe, really, its shoking, i hope his family will be okay. Wow, you see the actor in movies, premieres, awards they are so happy but we can see their lives out all that stuff its shoking the stuff they can do in their privates lifes.

It's a sad, sad day. I hope his daughter will be okay and I feel sorrow knowing she will never see her father again. She will never have the opportunity to grow with him and tell him about her first day of school.
I hope Michelle can explain someday to her that her father was not a bad man. Maybe a little confused and caught up in some dark times, but he was not a bad guy.

I couldn't believe that he had died. I really didn't believe it until i saw the police take the body out of the building on the news. My deepest condolences to the family.
