The Cops Versus Britney!

Oh snap. Just when you think the Britney Spears train couldn't get any more off the rails, Britney refused to hand over her kids to Kevin Federline tonight and the police were called in to handle the situation! Apparently Britney kept the children beyond the court appointed time that she was supposed to hand them over to Kevin and when Britney didn't give them to Federline's bodyguard, the police got involved!

So now chances are Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will most likely call an emergency hearing tomorrow morning. And that could likely end up in Britney losing all custody of her kids. Which I'm sure will lead her ongoing downward spiral to elevate tenfold. So freaking crazy! When will she wake up?

UPDATE!

- Britney was rushed to the hopsital for a "mental evaluation." FINALLY.
- It's also being reported that Britney was under the influence of an unknown substance upon arrival! Yikes!
