It’s being reported that a doctor in California and another in Texas
are under investigation by federal drug authorities in the matter of
Heath Ledger's's death.
Law enforcement officials say the doctors in question are thought to have supplied Ledger with Oxycontin and Vicodin.
However, officials did not say whether any wrongdoing is involved, saying, “We don’t know yet. The agents were there this week, and we are waiting to hear from them.”
Actor Heath Ledger died of an accidental prescription drug overdose on January 22nd in his NYC apartment.
As much as we don’t like the idea of Doctor’s handing out prescription meds like candy, we also want closure for Ledger and his family.
Should they just let the whole thing rest?
