Stemming from her arrest from last December, actress Mischa Barton will
be charged with driving under the influence and possession of
marijuana, prosecutors announced
Tuesday.
The law breaking actress's arraignment on the misdemeanor charges is set for Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.
Mischa was arrested in West Hollywood on Dec. 27 after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn, police have said.
