OK. That was pretty screwed up on the bodyguard's part. He should've left after that paparazzo retreated to his car. On the other hand the paparazzo could've used some of the energy his used for screaming to defend himself instead. ppff..He didn't even try.
I think the paparazzi have a case to sue and should definitely do so.Even though i'm sure paparazzi can be really annoying, nothing justified such an assault especially the second one. you can clearly hear in the audio that the bodyguard assaults him a first time, stops for a second, then hits again which was tottaly unecessary. He needs to get some anger management herapy. I don't know how it is in Cali but here in Texas you have the right to use deadly force to defend yourself if someone attacks you after you retreat to your home, workplace and even car (I don't mean to sound like a redneck but...).

Everyone needs their privacy at times. Yes, celebrities are in the spotlight, but they are human beings as well and cannot be expected to have every moment of their lives invaded. It is a major problem and one that I think needs to be addressed legally before there is more violence because I'm sure that is where this crazy behavior is leading.

The stalker and this site aren't prosecutors. They can't press charges. No prosecutor in California is going to touch this.

A paparazzo who was stalking Nicole and her bodyguard, trespassing on private property and kicked out, returned AGAIN and approached Nicole's car. I don't care what his stated intent was, the facts are these. This is what he did. In that situation he was a potential threat to her safety, and the bodyguard did his job in protecting her.

It really disgusts me when stalkers with cameras who make the lives of so many a misery, often putting people's lives in danger, try to play innocent victims.

Don't want a black eye? Don't trespass, provoke and harass people, and respect their right to some basic privacy. Simple.
