Well it looks like actress Heather Locklear wasn't too mad after her ex-husband Richie Sambora was arrested on DUI charges Tuesday night with their 10 year old daughter Ava, along for the ride.
We spotted father and daughter returning to their home in Laguna Beach, the same town where Richie was busted.
Hopefully Richie has finally learned his lesson and gets his ass back to rehab soon!

bjfan, wake up and smell the coffee beans if you can wipe the coke out of your nose..he has been to rehap several times for drinking problems, you dont go to rehab because you drink a beer or two every weekend....he is a drunk and an idoit...I hope he gets charge with child endangerment,,,driving drunk with your kid in the car is stupid...and btw wow does lil Ava look like mom..thank god

Okay, I can't believe I'm responding to this but... Richie has not "been to rehab several times." He entered a detox center last year and it was a two-part stint. It was not rehab and he admitted he had been drinking too much following the death of his father.
He may have a problem, he may not. If he was indeed driving drunk it was a very bad choice and he should pay for it. But so far it's "suspicion" of drunk driving. This is still America, people, and he is innocent until proven otherwise. If he is guilty, I have no doubt no one is being hard on him than he is on himself. Richie Sambora is a good guy by all accounts.
You people should look up the word "schadenfreude."

JAK, are you the president of his fan club or something. The guy is an alcoholic and Momo3 is right. You don't go to rehab because you drink an occasional beer. And what is that guy doing drinking anyway? Boy, he doesn't have the sense that God gave him!

I totally agree! People need to realize that there is a difference between REHAB and a DETOX centre. and if anyone cares- it looks like he wasn't drunk after all. Check it out on TMZ as nowhere else isn't going to bother printing news which makes them look like gossip hungry over reactors.
Richie's a good guy and he adores his daughter. He'd never do anything to hurt her and judging by the pics they're both just fine. Seems to me the big shot cops and the hungry tabloids are just dying to tarnish someone's name.

If RIchie is serious about remaining sober he has the wrong girl. I've worked with Jennifer twice, she definitely loves her social life. I also hope he takes his time and gets to know her real good. This girl has an agenda, every man she has ever dated since I've known her has always been a bit more wealthier. She was looking for big bucks and with Richie she probably thinks she has found it. I feel so sorry for that child.

Please people wake up to reality! I love Richie as much as anybody maybe more, but let's face it, this sweet guy does have a drinking problem! So after his father passed away he went into a "short" dry out period for about a month in a detox center. That is not rehab, however, if he really wants to sober up, he def needs to get serious and do rehab and AA meetings. Not to judge here, but don't you think he's got a lot to lose, if not for anything else to set a good example for his daughter. Thing is, my opinion only, is that I'm not sure he wants to kick the drinking.
Also, WHO is the girl with her back to the camera loading/unloading the Hummer? Jennifer, who?????

I thank god that Ava and Richie are ok and that no one got hurt. I just hope Richie does get the help he needs. I have been a fan of Bon Jovi from 1986 to now and i am 34 years old. I wish Ava and Richie all the best and hope everything turns out ok for them. I will keep you both in my prays.

The girl is Jennifer. She's been with him since last summer. Her hair changes like a Barbie. Sometime she's a Heather wannabe and other times she's a brunette. Not good news. She's a stylist that has flown with anyone who has a padded wallet. If he thought he had problems with Heather just wait. Sorry to sound negative but he's on a one way ticket to hell with that one. She's smart enough, he's admitted he wants a family... she's figured out he's easy prey.

Around 33 I think. She was in People with him last fall. Getty Images have some side profiles of her. You probably have seen her with him but in the beginning she had lighter hair. This guy certainly doesn't seem to pick them well. With his daughter involved you would think he would check things out a bit first. Men are weird.
