Oh no, is old Britney Spears coming back to wreak havoc on the highways
of Los Angeles? Well, I doubt it, but the pop singer was involved in a
car accident last night on the 101 freeway.
What happened: Britney allegedly drove her 2008 Mercedes into the back of a 2006 Nissan as she drove on the 101 freeway in L.A. around 8:18 last night. Britney failed to brake, hit one car, which then hit another. Ouch!
After the accident Brit pulled into the fire station on Coldwater Canyon and Ventura and was apparently given a breathalizer test. But police said that there was "no odor, nor any kind of erratic behavior" that could have suggested Britney was under the influence of anything suspicious during the accident.
So Britney was drinking, and just driving badly. I guess that's good?! Get a freaking driver Britney!
